I recently had the opportunity to test out the SkinForum M Facial in a Box. SkinForum is a newly launched KBeauty brand that’s currently expanding in the men’s grooming market. You guys know that I love skincare and grooming. Plus I haven’t had a facial since leaving my job at a spa. So I of course jumped at the opportunity to try the SkinForum M Facial in a Box.
SkinForum M Facial in a Box
The box has everything you need to give yourself a complete facial in 6 super easy steps. The steps include a deep cleanser (step 1), peel-off mask (step 2), clarifying toner (step 3), sheet mask (step 4), eye cream (step 5), and all-in-1 cream with SPF 50+ (step 6).
Step 1 Let’s Face It.
The deep cleanser exfoliates the skin with activated charcoal powder and crushed green tea leaves. Combine Skinforum’s microfiber pore cleansing brush with this step for a deeper clean.
Step 2 Take This Offline.
The peel-off mask refines and restores the skin with activated charcoal powder, green tea, and grapefruit extracts. Apply the mask with the silicone brush for mess-free application.
Step 3 Going Forward
The clarifying toner soothes and heals the skin with eucalyptus leaf oil and lemon extracts. You simply apply to the skin with your hand or a cotton round and move on to step 4.
Step 4 Poker Face
The sheet mask detoxes and nourishes the skin with activated charcoal powder, eucalyptus leaf oil, and herb extracts. I’ve used sheet masks before and wasn’t a big fan. The last one I used barely fit my face so I couldn’t see through the eye holes or breathe through the nose opening. The sheet mask, however, is man-sized and a lot more comfortable to wear.
Step 5 Drill Down.
The eye cream brightens and tightens the skin with eucalyptus leaf oil and sunflower seed oil.
Step 6 Seal the Deal.
The moisturizer recovers and protects the skin with eucalyptus leaf oil, and green tea extracts. The SPF 50 makes this product a little thick. So you’ll have to work it into the skin, but the white cast eventually goes away.
I’m always a little scared to check out new products. There’s nothing more awkward than trashing a brand. But I can honestly say that I would buy the SkinForum M Facial Box again. I love that it’s super easy to use. Each product is labeled in numerical order and has simple instructions on the back of the packaging. I’m already thinking about how I want to take it with me on my next vacation because it’s so portable. Plus, it’s also only $20! Most facials are around $100 so $20 is a steal. Most importantly, my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. Facials are beneficial because they clean our pores and slough off dead skin which keeps our complexion smooth and clear. The problem is that most facials are too expensive to get on a regular basis. So most of us, aren’t getting that deep clean to keep our skin looking healthy. The SkinForum M Facial in a box is the affordable solution to getting a routine facial in any setting.
